– bone-in short ribs– extra virgin olive oil– flour seasoned with sea salt and black pepper– medium yellow onion– stalks celery– carrots– cloves garlic– dry red wine– black coffee– beef broth
Place the short ribs in a large bowl and toss with flour seasoned with salt and black pepper. Place the olive oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium-high heat.
