WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE BOURBON PECAN PIE WITH CHOCOLATE GANACHE?

– All purpose flour – Sugar – Baking powder – Salt – Unsalted butter  – Eggs – Light corn syrup – Brown sugar – Sugar – Unsalted butter melted  – Bourbon – Vanilla – Pecans

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse 3 times to mix. Add the cold butter pieces and pulse at one-second intervals.

Add the eggs (or egg if you’re only making one dough) and pulse until the dough forms a ball on the blade of the processor.

Turn the dough out of the food processor onto a floured surface,  divide the dough in half and flatten into two discs.

On a floured surface roll out the pastry dough with a rolling pin. On a floured surface roll out the pastry dough with a rolling pin. Refrigerate.

Beat the eggs slightly. Add the corn syrup, sugars, salt, butter, bourbon, and vanilla, mix well. Then, add in chopped pecans and mix well.

Pour the pecan pie mixture into the prepared crust and bake on the center rack of a preheated 350-degree oven for 60 minutes. Let the pie cool on a wire rack.
