– All-purpose flour  – Baking soda – Baking powder – Salt – Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar – Light brown sugar – Creamy peanut butter – Egg – Vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to a medium mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined.

Add the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer (or large mixing bowl with an electric mixer).

Using the paddle attachment cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Then, add the peanut butter to the creamed butter and sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until well blended.

Set the mixer on low speed and slowly add in the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Do not overmix, mix just until combined!
