– Cannoli shells – Whole milk ricotta – Mascarpone – Granulated sugar  – Lemon zest – Vanilla extract – Mini chocolate chips or chocolate chopped  - Pistachios

Using an electric mixer, whip the mascarpone in a large bowl until creamy.

Add the ricotta cheese, superfine granulated sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the mascarpone.
