– Boneless Chicken Breasts – Olive oil  – Seasoned Flour – Mushrooms – Shallots – Artichoke Hearts  – Chicken Stock – White Wine – Lemon  – Sea salt and black pepper

Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour.

Instructions

Place floured chicken breasts into the pan. Once breasts are cooked, add the sliced mushroom and shallots and continue to cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Add a splash of white wine to deglaze the pan. Next add 3/4 of the stock, lemon juice and artichoke hearts.

Place a knob of butter into the seasoned flour, pressing flour into the butter, completely coating the surface of the butter.
