Pesto is one of the easiest most delicious seasoning you’ll ever learn to make.  It can be added to so many dishes in so many ways.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE PESTO?

Pesto Genovese: – Basil – Italian Parsley – Grated Romano Cheese – Pine Nuts or walnuts – Garlic Peeled – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sun Dried Tomato Pesto: – Sun Dried Tomatoes – Romano Cheese – Pine Nuts or Walnuts – Garlic – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Arugula Pesto: – Arugula  – Salted Pistachios – Garlic  – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Gorgonzola

Remove the leaves from the basil and parsley, do not use the stems.

Instructions  (Pesto Genovese)

Toast the pine nuts. Place them into your food processor. Pulse until its minced very well.

Add garlic, toasted pine nuts, and grated Romano Cheese, pulse to combine. Drizzle in the Olive Oil until smooth.

Reconstitute sun dried tomatoes then drain. Then, pulse until it turns to paste. Toast the pine nuts on a pan.

Add garlic, toasted pine nuts, and grated Romano Cheese, pulse to combine. Then drizzle with olive oil.

Clean and wash the arugula leaves. In a food processor, add the arugula, garlic clove and pistachios. Pulse until fully blended.

Instructions  (Arugula Pesto)

Add Gorgonzola Cheese and Olive Oil, and pulse until well blended.
