– Dry manicotti shells  – Ground beef – Italian sweet sausage – Bacon – Sharp cheddar cheese  – Gouda cheese shredded – Kosher salt – Garlic powder

Add the kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, cumin, black pepper, and chili powder to a small bowl.
