Crust – Graham crackers  – Butter Pumpkin Cheesecake – Cream cheese  – Brown sugar  – Flour – Cinnamon – Allspice

In the bowl of a stand mixer add the cream cheese and beat until smooth.

Slowly add in the brown sugar. Scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as you mix.

Add in the flour, cinnamon, allspice, salt, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust and place in a preheated 350-degree oven for one hour.
