Ingredients to make Sriracha Mayo
Let’s start by gathering the ingredients we need to make my homemade sriracha mayo recipe. In Chef Speak, this is called the Mise en Place, which translates into Everything in its Place.
Not only does setting your ingredients up ahead of time speed the cooking process, but it also helps ensure you have everything you need to make the dish.
Can I adapt the recipe?
It’s easy to adapt the recipe to your taste preferences. If you’re not a fan of sriracha, you can add your favorite type of hot sauce instead.
Not a fan of mayonnaise? You can use Greek yogurt, sour cream, or vegan mayo as a replacement. But it may alter the taste and texture slightly.
For a spicier sauce, add more sriracha; for a milder sauce, reduce the amount of sauce added. For a touch of sweetness, add a little honey to the sauce.

Yes, you can. You can either reduce the amount of sriracha sauce in the recipe or increase the amount of mayonnaise to reduce the spice level. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice or a little honey to balance the flavors.
