The peaches this season have been so juicy and so sweet, and I knew right away that I wanted to incorporate those delicious peaches into my dessert.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE Peach Tiramisu with Raspberries?

– Large egg yolks – Sugar – Mascarpone cheese – Heavy whipping cream – Italian Lady fingers – Peaches – Raspberries

Combine egg yolks and sugar in the top of a double boiler, place over simmering water.

Instructions

Keep over simmering water for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a wire whip.

Continue to whip egg mixture, (removing from the heat occasionally) and whip yolks until thick and lemon colored.

Add Mascarpone to whipped yolks, beat until combined. In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.
