– shrimp peeled and deveined– linguine or pasta– garlic finely chopped– spinach– mushrooms sliced– Olive Oil– sea salt and black pepper– red pepper flakes– grated romano cheese
Start by adding olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and shrimp. Turn down heat to medium and stir shrimp around so neither the shrimp or garlic burn.
After removing the shrimp and the garlic, add the mushrooms to the pan, along with additional olive oil if necessary and saute.Add the spinach to the pan and stir until they begin to wilt.
