Grilling can be a lot of fun especially when you kick things up a notch with dishes like my Grilled Stuffed Pork Tenderloin recipe.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE GRILLED STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN?

– Pork tender loin  – Spinach – Mushrooms  – Red peppers – Gorgonzola cheese – Brown mustard

Mix together the spinach, mushrooms, peppers and gorgonzola cheese to use as stuffing. Set aside until needed.

Clean away any membranes, fat or silver skin from the pork tenderloins. Slice tenderloin down the middle long way. Using a meat hammer, lightly pound the pork tenderloin. Then, rub with brown mustard.

Brush the grill with oil before placing the stuffed tenderloin on the grill.  Place the pork seam side down and allow to grill for 7-10 minutes before turning.

Grill on the other side for about the same time.  Use a grill thermometer to make sure the inside temperature is a minimum of 165 degrees.
