– Sugar – Butter – Solid pack (pumpkin not pumpkin pie mix) – Flour – Greek yogurt – Pumpkin pie spice – Walnuts  – Vanilla wafers – Brown sugar

Prepare the crunch topping. Divide mixture into 4 prepared cake pans – standard 9-inch rounds, pressing into bottom and spreading it evenly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake the reserved crunch mix until it crisps up a bit.

In your mixer, beat sugar and butter for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy, scraping down the bowl frequently.
