– Powdered sugar  – All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Ground cinnamon – Ground cloves – Salt – Large eggs – Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the jelly roll pan and the towel to roll cake with. Then, combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well then set aside.

Beat eggs and sugar in large mixer bowl until thick.

Add the pumpkin puree to the egg mixture. Mix the pumpkin in until well blended and creamy.
