WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE Red Wine Braised Short Ribs?

– Bone-in short ribs – Extra virgin olive oil – Flour seasoned with sea salt and black pepper – Medium yellow onion – Stalks celery – Carrots – Cloves garlic – Dry red wine – Black coffee – Beef broth

Toss the short ribs in a large bowl with flour seasoned with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or a Dutch oven.

Sear each side of the short ribs until browned.

Place the browned short-ribs in a  slow cooker.

Add the carrots, onions, celery and garlic to the slow cooker.
